From Shkoder, well-known publicist, curator of Albanian language and literature at the University of Palermo.

Held positions as Director of Scholastic Institute and of important cultural sectors in the Ministry of Public Education in Albania.

He lived his exile in Palermo, Italy where he died in 1971.
